Working with families and young people affected by domestic violence, this partnership saw LLG work with participants to build confidence, self esteem, communication, team work skills through creative and informal education. This project was funded by The Big Lottery’s Awards For All grant.
In partnership with the Tutu Foundation UK, we deliver their flagship Conversation For Change programme to build peace and community cohesion. The last project was funded by The Big Lottery’s Awards For All grant to include training and action projects.
We have worked closely with The Peabody Housing Association on the Pembury estate in Hackney to train young women as in leadership skills and volunteering to support their summer programme and youth provision.
Based on the success of our international work, we’ve delivered training and informal education to groups from Bangladesh, Libya and the Maldives supported by The British Council and the Royal Commonwealth Society.
